My poor dog had a seizure at 5:30 this morning, it was so scarey. Throughout today the whole team have been so supportive, amazing vet who talked me through everything, wonderful receptionist who did all she could to make us feel better and awesome Vet nurses who talked my nervous boy into letting them take bloods so gently. 100% recommend. Brilliant work.

Such lovely people. Great with my anxious dog. Took their time to reassure him. Very reasonably priced compared to some other vets I'd used in past. Easy to find, ample parking. Nice bright airy spacious premises and so very clean. Lovely reception staff greeting you. Everyone explains things in not to technical terms. Any emails I've sent have been answered quickly either by email or whatsapp or they are always happy for telephone discussion. Totally recommend 👌

Wonderful service! I recently enrolled at Needham Market and my cat had a dental, all the staff were lovely and my cat was clearly treated with affection and that means alot. Will definitely be recommending to my friends!

I recently changed vets and on this experience I wish I had done it years ago. This was just on a different level of customer service and treatment for Archie. The reception staff were friendly and professional in the way they went about their job. They are an absolute credit to the practice. Nat Bird has actually restored my faith in what a Vet should be all about. She took the time to listen and discuss outcomes which were to the benefit of Archie. Again she is a credit to the practice. If you are looking for a new vets I can’t recommend this practice enough. In an age where good service is rare this place is the exception.

The staff at Needham Market Veterinary Centre are amazing. They are knowledgeable, empathetic, and pet focused. All staff were amazing with my anxious Lhasa-Poo! I would highly recommend. Also very reasonably priced. Definitely a 5 star veterinary practice.

There is always adequate time given for the consultations and the staff are all very friendly and professional. The whole place has a real positive feel about it and the vets are really helpful with giving advice. I always leave feeling happy and confident that my pup and I have received a great service.

We are more than happy with the service we have received from Needham Market Veterinary Centre. The staff are dedicated and polite and go out of their way to make our visit relaxed for our dog and ourselves. Also the charges for treatment were acceptable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Couldn’t have asked for more compassionate care from the Team when I had to make the difficult decision to put my cat to sleep. From the kindness of the receptionist, the time from the veterinary nurse and the sympathy shown by the vet we were allowed the time and control with all the decisions to make. Thank you.
